Arrows

A public installation for Buffalo Bayou Art Park.
15 posable arrows were installed through out the park that offered participants to interact with the work and the environment. The arrows were  installed throughout the park, and were made to be positioned on any x and y axis. Initially they were installed to point at mundane items like graffiti, random cement, and natural elements. Many of the arrows were installed in hard to reach places that were visible but difficult to manipulate.

During the exhibition period, visitors had made the effort to point all of the arrows up. They were later found to be pointing west. Others added elements for them to point at, like trash, a tire, and a trash can.  The arrows were later destroyed in a flood.
